Presentation on the Importance of a Mindful Approach

Mindful Life, Mindful Work, Inc's  Mindfully Aware - Ready for Anything presentation is designed to expose companies to the importance of embedding a mindful orientation into the systemic fabric of their business activities and company culture. Mindful awareness, combined with intelligence, process thinking, and the courage to apply it enhances creativity, resilience, stress management, and optimal performance in the face of great change and uncertainty.

 

Attendees to this 60-minute presentation may either be new to mindful approaches or have significant experience with various mindful methods and practices. Regardless, all attendees will experience the great value of both formal and informal mindfulness practice and applications, and will in turn learn how they can skillfully integrate these practices into daily life to best increase a consistent awareness that promotes calm, competent presence and skillful action. There will be ample time reserved for participant Q&A.
