Madeleine Pizey has over 500 hours of teacher training from all over the world, and currently practices and teaches in Boston, MA. Madeleine is a candidate for her Masters in Mindfulness at Lesley University, and also teaches yoga in school systems. Her goal is to help bring mindfulness to people of all ages and create a welcoming and secure environment for all of her clients.
Julie Fraser is a change leader who helps clients create environments where all people can flourish. She does this by creating safe, supportive and business-appropriate mindful experiential learning programs for leaders and their teams. Julie explains and delivers opportunities to experience the benefits of mindfulness plus effective collaboration, communication and performance coaching. A meditation and certified yoga and teacher, she also guides moving mindfully, taking pauses in the workday to regain energy, calm and focus. Her work guide clients to better communication, productivity, focus, innovation, influence, teamwork, and employee engagement.
Albert Flynn DeSilver is a writer, speaker, master mindfulness meditation instructor, coach, business and workshop leader. As a coach and trainer Albert is devoted to reminding people (and their organizations) of their innate creative wisdom, insight, and hidden potential and how to reconnect to this inner brilliance in order to experience positive desired results in work and in life.
Albert was the owner and CEO of Visiting Angels Senior Homecare from 2007-2014, where he excelled in Marketing, PR, Sales, Employee Wellness, Customer Service, and Community Engagement. Albert is also an author of several books of poems and the memoir Beamish Boy, which was named a “Best Book of 2012” by Kirkus Reviews. His nonfiction book, Writing as a Path to Awakening: A Year to Becoming an Excellent Writer and Living an Awakened Life, based on his popular mindfulness and creativity workshops by the same name, was published by Sounds True in 2017. Writing as a Path to Awakening was called "A must read!" by Bustle magazine. Albert is also a speaker and trainer having spoken at TEDx as well as shared the stage with bestselling authors’ Cheryl Strayed, Elizabeth Gilbert, Maxine Hong Kingston, and many others. He teaches communications, creativity, and mindfulness workshops at 1440 Multiversity, The Omega Institute, The Esalen Institute, Spirit Rock Meditation Center and creativity conferences nationally.
Casey Onder, PhD is a workplace psychologist and success coach for professionals and entrepreneurs. As a coach she empowers clients to pursue success authentically and in harmony with themselves rather than through guilt and grinding. Prior to launching her coaching practice, Clairvoyage, Casey worked in Fortune 500 talent management and external leadership consulting, with a focus on executive leadership assessment and employee surveys. She is an affiliate of Accomplishment Coaching with a M.S. in Counseling and a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. Her background in mindfulness practice and yoga has a strong influence on her approach with clients.
Craig Fischer is an executive and leadership coach, facilitator, and teacher of leadership and reflective practice. He has had the opportunity to teach, consult, coach, and lead teams for over 15 years. He has a passionate interest in mindfulness in leadership, and mindfulness in teams. Craig loves working with leaders to explore values, meaning, and personal, lifelong growth.
Kari Sulenes has a passion for facilitating the development of workplaces and life designs that allow people to be their most authentic selves. Her experience in Organizational Behavior and mindfulness practice make her an intuitive and attentive partner for leaders, employees, teams, and organizations. Kari believes that showing up as your full self is a holistic endeavor and she strives to integrate the mind, body, community, and transcendent aspects of life in all of her work.
Leah Lipschitz is a passionate educator and advocate for holistic wellness and play as a vehicle for personal and social change. Her professional experience in the field of education has deepened her belief in the power of mindfulness and compassion to transform school communities, organizations and team environments. As a former collegiate athlete and coach and a current high school teacher, Leah understands and values the importance of connecting mind, body and heart to help individuals and organizations live life fully and maximize their potential.
Lindsey Hunt is Boston’s most playful mindfulness teacher, workshop facilitator, and motivational speaker. She is an expert in the fields of communication, emotional intelligence, present-moment awareness and thinking outside the box. Hailing from a background in adventure travel as a cycling trip leader, Lindsey brings an infectious zest for life to the workshops she leads. She has been featured as a guest speaker and teacher at Northeastern University and Wentworth Institute of Technology, and leads mindfulness-informed trainings for corporate groups in the Boston area. Lindsey recently published a witty, provocative book on money and spirituality entitled “My Brilliant Money Book: for Joyful + Creative Living.”
Manoella Farenzena is a passionate organisation and leadership development consultant. For over 10 years, she's been delivering projects for multinational companies internationally both in Brazil and the UK, with a focus in the technology, public and financial services sectors. A mindfulness practitioner and facilitator for 10 years, she integrates this wisdom fully into how she works - as it turns out, people and organisation development is largely done through raising awareness at all levels, and mindfulness is a beautiful tool to help make this happen. Her experience as a consultant can be summarised within three broad areas - talent strategy, leadership/people development (coaching, design, facilitation) and executive assessments.
Marjatta Moimas' passion is to contribute to the well-being of professionals who work in high-demand environments, such as first responders, social workers, medical professionals and case managers. She also works with direct care clients and open community groups in the Greater Boston area. Her Gentle Mindfulness approach contains three essential elements: 1.Rest - 2.Resource - 3.Regulate. These categories include specific techniques and resources for nervous system regulation and stress management. Each individual responds differently to mindfulness practices and her guidance will allow you to have the agency on what works for you. Marjatta is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, has a BSW in her home country of Finland, and an MA in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University. Marjatta is specialized and trained in making mindfulness safe and inclusive for all.
Megan Barnett works as an educator and coach facilitating the incorporation of healthy behaviors into her clients’ daily lives using nutrition, lifestyle, and mindful eating to promote overall wellness and optimal functioning. Megan has a BS in Dietetics from Kansas State University, is a certified yoga instructor and is currently completing a Master's degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine at University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
Michael Velzo enjoys helping organizations and individuals develop comprehensive financial strategies. After graduating from the University of Michigan, he began his career on the trading floors and clearing house of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Building upon this foundational experience, his career has included roles within the areas of Financial Operations, Trading, and Risk Management.
Michael resides in San Anselmo and has a passion for the outdoors. He is an avid trail runner, counting completion of two marathon distance events among his most significant personal achievements. Additionally, he serves on the board of the Felidae Conservation Fund, a Mill Valley based non-profit dedicated to preserving wild cats and their habitats.

Mindfulness Trainer, facilitator and coach, Nichole Proffitt, has worked with small and large groups facilitating mindfulness based programs and transformation processes for over 10 years. Her passion for her work and her own personal growth are founded in the belief that mindfulness brings us closer to the truth. She sees her work with clients as a shared journey of personal exploration and inner cultivation. Nichole works with clients in private practice, teaches workshops, daylong and weeklong retreats and offers mindfulness-based programs at various institutions and organizations throughout the Bay Area. She has degrees in psychology and education, and is a graduate of the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center/Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior as a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator (CMF). Nichole is also currently in training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).
Rachel Gaunt is an executive leadership coach and facilitator. Twenty years of experience in advertising, social activism and public speaking gives her insight into a wide variety of professional challenges, the rich complexities of organizations, and the dynamics of being part of one. She works with leaders, inviting them to better understand their own natural strengths, navigate the obstacles that hold them back, and find their own unique voice and style. She also works with Co-Leads to strengthen their relationship to each other, and assists them in leading from a foundation of trust and mutual support.
A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC, MA), Rachel uses her strong intuition to navigate moment by moment, always looking to invite leaders into thoughtful reflection and courageous action. She lives in Mill Valley, California with her husband, two sons, and her favorite hiking companion, Patches, her dog.
