Mindful Life, Mindful Work's Mindfulness Training for Sales & Business Development Teams is designed to help client-facing staff manage stress more skillfully, be more resilient in the midst of change, and to perform at higher levels, regardless of what may be going on around them. Tailored for individual organizations, the training consists of both classroom-based and experiential learning, and can include short-term private coaching (see below) to reinforce behavior changes suggested by the training.

Mindfulness Coaching for Sales & Business Development Professionals

For anyone responsible for generating revenue within a company, these individual weekly sessions are designed to help you get out of a month-to-month, reactive framework and develop a calm, centered and results-oriented focus---regardless of what may be going on around you.
