Mindful Life, Mindful Work, Inc. is excited to invite all professionals interested in learning about, practicing, and integrating mindfulness sensibilities into their lives and work to this ongoing bi-monthly practice community. Dialogues for Mindful Living and Working (DMLW) is a bi-monthly 90-minute video offering that consists of professionals developing the ways in which they live and work. In addition to its conversational style, the group at times will utilize various physical, cognitive, and inward-directed practices. With ongoing practice, results often come in weeks and continue to increase over time.

 

DMLW dialogues are designed to help us each learn to further cultivate mindful awareness, improve our concentration, develop compassionate action, create healthier personal and professional relationships, discover more rational work and life expectations, and to increase our capacity to better know and acknowledge how things are in our day-to-day personal and professional lives.

  • Participants: Professionals with an openness to, and interest in, exploring and developing the intersection of self-awareness and professional development. The group is designed to be accessible and immediately applicable to the real-world situations of participants of varying experience levels.
  • What: Facilitated Community Dialogues. Recaps, short videos, and articles are often used to help reinforce the learning and to make it easier to integrate the practices into our lives.

  • When: Every Other Week, Wednesdays from 7:00-8:30pm EST (Begins May 5th, 2021)
