Mindful Life, Mindful Work, Inc’s Professional Mindful Coach Training (PMCT) is designed to equip participants with the skills required to effectively coach others, and to do so from a mindful framework, orientation, and approach to professional coaching. The 8-week training is for individuals that want to learn the art of mindful coaching and is appropriate for those new to coaching, experienced coaches, and personnel within companies that want to grow a coaching mindset in their professional working style.
PMCT consists of eight 90-minute group sessions (delivered remotely) that will be a combination of presentation, discussion, and Q&A. Between our sessions there will be small group peer calls to further digest and integrate the material. The below segments will be used as our framework.
