A Three-Month Course Aimed at Developing Leadership Effectiveness and Performance

Mindful Life, Mindful Work, Inc's  Leadership Development Course consists of weekly group video calls that explore the themes relevant to all leaders of teams. Generally, sessions follow the framework and course content listed below, but will also be uniquely tailored to the participants in each course... a wonderful byproduct of group interactions is the collective wisdom available when several leaders share from their vast experience. The course is designed to be a space where leaders can dedicate themselves to their own and to their team's development and performance.
